WAXMAN
Waxman has been a devotee of the shiny black disc since the end of the 80’s. He has been playing as a DJ since 92, for which he got the real thrill during his Vicenza (Italy) years, which proved to be a good medium for an initiation into the roots of funk, hip hop and acid jazz. He started a regular Friday night show on Tilos Radio about a decade ago featuring from funk to hot contemporary electronic grooves. Having been around since the emergence of the Hungarian club scene, a regular DJ at those one time Tilos parties, his name is sure to pop up on festival flyers. On his weekdays he plays at club nights and cafés, in Budapest and in Europe.
