If you wish to be accredited for a given event, please read on!
A precondition of press accredition is the publication of our press release (if possible). The ideal request for accreditation contains the place of publication of the PR article (URL), or some other kind of reference material.
Please send the requests for accreditation via the form at the bottom of this page
at least 2 days before the event
with the description of the planned activity / publication
the exact name of your dedicated journalists and photographers, (we cannot accept +1 next to the names, please always send the list of whole names)
Interviews:
interviews take place at a previously agreed schedule, please make sure to get an appointment
Requests for photo/video shooting:
It is allowed to take photos/videos only with permit and wearing a special wristband. If you want to take photos/video, you must sign a Declaration (NYILATKOZAT FILE) (which states it is forbidden to use flash or spotlights, and we are expecting the still or moving images to be published for approval before publication).
General rules of image capturing:
it is forbidden to use flash or spotlights in the premises of the party
please do not disturb guests who are helpless / in an intimate posture / or prefer not to appear in a photo!
the series of photos to be published should not illustrate the event in a unilateral, biased way
if you are producing a photo series, please try to report on the whole night, not just the beginning or the ending.
We do not approve of the publication of reports/photos taken out of context, subject to misunderstanding, and over the limits of objectivity and good taste.
Within 72 hours following the party, the images to be published are to be sent to the info
cinetrip [dot] hu address, and only the approved ones are to be published!
The best shots of the laser show and the performance of the aerialist may be taken from the centre, facing the DJ-booth!
Publications:
After publication of any print material, you are requested to send two copies to the organisers via the post, in case of online publication, to the Cinetrip e-mail address.
The Organiser:
approves the photos to be published, and may veto their publication.
In case a photographer does not conform to the above rules, the organiser may withdraw the permission, and may remove the offender from the premises of the party
may use the produced pictorial and written material for his own purposes at any time
with the accreditation, a written agreement is made between the Accredited and the Organiser, in which they mutually accept to keep to the above Rules.
