Water Circus is a series of events presented by Cinetrip, held in a popular thermal bath house in Budapest, blending the joys of night swimming, partying and circus amusement into one unique form of entertainment.
During each season of Cinetrip Water Circus, once a month from November until April the next year, Rudas bath is filled with 4 rooms of dance music, visuals, acrobatic performers, and of course people from all over the world escaping the mundane reality of the outside world for some hours of body-cleansing, soul-enhancing, splashing fun.
These Rudas parties - or sparties as we call them - involve special sets of local DJs and live acts, fire-jugglers and air acrobats working their magic at the swimming pool. There is also a belly dancing show at midnight at the Turkish bath.
Visuals comprise of monumental LED wall projections, "raining" laser beams (this act is called the Cacade of Light) and the more traditional vjing.
Beside the regular facilities of the bath, there are also bars serving alcoholic / soft drinks and snacks.
Swim suit is a must, flip flops are recommended and also, don't forget to bring your towel.
